Life in Italy and Spain
The young man from Milan worked hard in the Italian city, taking his eyes off his passion for artisanal products that enthralled him so much as a child.
Isabel grew up in a loving family environment on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, next to the sandy coves of Cabo de Gata, with its dazzling light and the temperate air of the southern, almost North African, Tabernas desert.
Life in Italy and Spain
The young man from Milan worked hard in the Italian city, taking his eyes off his passion for artisanal products that enthralled him so much as a child.
Isabel grew up in a loving family environment on the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, next to the sandy coves of Cabo de Gata, with its dazzling light and the temperate air of the southern, almost North African, Tabernas desert.
Cortijo “El Marqués” Chercos (Almería)
The Italian, attracted by the pull of destiny, traveled to the south of Spain to reunite with the girl he had met in India.
Blown away by the welcoming and joyful life of the south, he pulled up stakes and headed to Spain to set up the business of his dreams, in search of love, peace, inspiration, and direct contact with nature.

Isabel left her city to move with Biagio to Chercos, a small village in the South of Spain where they live surrounded by a sense of calm, simplicity and in direct contact with nature.
This inspired them to set up a business that would give them the chance to develop the skills that had always fascinated the Italian as a young boy; artisan elaboration.
Love blossomed and LoRUSSo “HeArt Made Food” was founded
Isabel left her city to move with Biagio to Chercos, a small village in the South of Spain where they live surrounded by a sense of calm, simplicity and in direct contact with nature.
This inspired them to set up a business that would give them the chance to develop the skills that had always fascinated the Italian as a young boy; artisan elaboration.
New members joined
Isabel’s brother, embarking on a voyage of discovery around the world, upon learning of the wonderful business idea, put the brakes on his trip and did not need to think twice about getting involved right from the outset.
On the other hand, a good friend, originally from Genoa, kept expressing his interest in getting involved in the business which, in turn, gave him the perfect excuse to leave Milan, where he had been living, and start a new life in the tranquility of southern Spain; mainly to eat a lot of jam.
New members joined
Isabel’s brother, embarking on a voyage of discovery around the world, upon learning of the wonderful business idea, put the brakes on his trip and did not need to think twice about getting involved right from the outset.

Some very special products were created.
Organic artisanal jams elaborated with 85% fruit and reduced cane sugar content.
Elaborated with organic raw materials sourced from small-scale farmers to which cane sugar and organic lemon juice are added. 100% organic, with no preservatives or artificial colors, they are gluten-free, vegan and GMO-free.
Elaborated in small batches, to preserve the properties and benefits of the fruits, as well as their aromas and flavors, using renewable energy sources.
Some very special products were created.

We have selected an extraordinary organic extra virgin olive oil from olive trees grown in our region, perfect for pairing with our organic jams.
These chemical fertilizer- and insecticide-free crops are cultivated between the mountains of the Sierra de Los Filabres and the Comarca del Desierto de Tabernas, which gives the extra virgin olive oil a unique and characteristic flavor, derived from the rich mixture of the region’s abundant sunshine and its warm sea breeze.
